• Shipments leave our distribution facilities within 24 hours of release.
• Any overnight courier orders that are called in by 5:30 PM EST will ship to arrive at your job-site the next day.
• We can ship using any major carrier.
• Consolidated packaging to cut down on freight costs.
• We will stock 100% of the material needed and ship your job complete.
• Our goal is to maintain zero backorders for all shipments.
• All shipments are double checked before leaving our facility.
• All shipments are palletized and shrink wrapped before leaving our distribution facilities.
• Each pallet is painted with a red "C" for Capitol Light.
• If we miss a fixture it's FREE!
• We provide you with one consolidated invoice for an entire job's worth of material.
• We are on-line with all our air carriers and many of our common carriers as well so that we can let you know where your order is at all times.
• We can receive your plans via modem and with the proper software, make changes per your request, or show you different lighting alternatives.
• We can supply itemized lighting quotes via mail, fax, or file-transfer within 72 hours of receipt of plans, and prices are guaranteed for one year.
• We review your blueprints, then "take-off" all your requirements.
